Maria joined the Department of Sociology in the 2008 Fall semester. She is the faculty secretary, also known as the Office Support Specialist. When you call the main Sociology office, you will probably first speak with Maria.
Maria enjoys all aspects of country living on a farmette in Shabbona, IL. Chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, dogs and quarter horses are among the menagerie. She has been an avid bowler for over 20 years and also likes to target shoot, garden, fish, and cook.
